1. ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our team has more than 20 years of experience in business management, business development and international projects. Ever Soft is a brand created specifically for the American market, backed by established industrial partners and a long-term strategy for the United States.
We are the owners of the Ever Soft™ brand and are responsible for the commercial operation, importation, market development and distributor relationships in the United States. Manufacturing is carried out by a Brazilian industrial partner specialized in tissue products.
We work with a large Brazilian manufacturer specialized in tissue paper, with its own laboratory, industrial certifications and extensive experience producing private label and market brands. For strategic reasons, we disclose the manufacturer's identity only in advanced stages of negotiation.
Yes. Our partner has experience producing for different brands and Private Label projects, meeting high quality standards.
Our production structure supports the gradual expansion of the project. The initial plan covers between 1 and 5 containers per month, which can be expanded as demand grows. The manufacturing plant has an installed capacity of close to 94,000 tons per year.
Our international operation is expanding into the United States. We work with industrial and logistics partners experienced in export, ensuring a structured operation from the very first shipment.
At this time our strategic focus is exclusively the American market.
Yes. We are establishing our company in Florida to carry out commercial operations, importation, distributor service and support for the American market.
You will have direct contact with our commercial team responsible for the American market, with local support for commercial, logistics and after-sales matters.
Yes. Our operation includes Product Liability Insurance, in line with the standards typically required by the American market, including the issuance of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when requested.
Yes. Our operation will be conducted through a company registered in the United States, responsible for imports, invoicing, commercial relationships and distributor support.
2. ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Our product is made with 100% cellulose, providing greater softness, strength and a better overall appearance.

Each sheet has a specified basis weight of between 12.5 and 14.5 g/m², resulting in approximately 26.25 g/m² for the two-ply paper.
Our specification for Ever Soft is approximately 268 two-ply sheets per roll.

It will be defined according to the final specification of the Ever Soft packaging. The dimensions will be compatible with standard residential holders used in the American market.
Yes. The paper has an embossed finish, contributing to greater softness, absorption and a premium appearance.
Our launch for the American market will be the unscented version, in line with the predominant consumer preference.
The chemical composition follows the industrial standards applicable to the tissue segment. Specific information about the bleaching process can be provided upon technical request.
Yes. It is a biodegradable tissue paper product intended for sanitary disposal.
Yes. All packaging, labeling and documentation will be adapted to the requirements applicable to the American market before sales begin.
It can be made available according to the final specification of the product and the raw material used.
Yes. The product has laboratory tests performed by a specialized laboratory, including tests for basis weight, softness, strength, absorption, brightness and quality classification.
Yes. The entire line has a technical data sheet containing physical, chemical and microbiological specifications, available to distributors and commercial customers.
4. PACKAGING
Ever Soft can be supplied in different packaging configurations to serve different sales channels. The initial configuration planned for the American market is 12 rolls per pack, which can be adjusted according to the commercial strategy. The manufacturer already produces packs of 4, 8, 12, 16 and 24 rolls.
Yes. We have the flexibility to develop different packaging configurations. Our partner currently manufactures presentations of 4, 8, 12, 16 and 24 rolls, in addition to other configurations for different markets. Specific packaging can be developed according to the project.
Yes. Products destined for the United States will use UPC codes, in line with the standard required by American retail.
Yes. All Ever Soft packaging will be developed in English and adapted to the regulatory and commercial requirements of the American market.
5. PRICING
FOB prices vary according to product specification, packaging, volume and commercial terms. We present a formal proposal once the project has been defined.
We can provide CIF proposals for the main American ports. The value will depend on the destination, current ocean freight rates, insurance and the contracted volume.
Yes. Our commercial policy provides for progressive discounts for higher-volume contracts and long-term relationships.
The larger the contracted volume and the more predictable the purchases, the better the commercial terms. We work to build long-term partnerships, not just one-off sales.
Our commercial proposals are typically valid for 30 days, considering possible exchange rate fluctuations, international freight costs and raw material costs.
6. MINIMUM ORDER
Our standard minimum order for export is 1 full container (FCL).
Initially we prioritize full containers to ensure better logistics costs and competitiveness. For specific projects we may consider shared shipments.
Yes. Depending on production availability and logistics configuration, we can combine different SKUs in the same container.
For export we typically operate with full containers. Pallet purchases may be considered in future operations carried out from our stock in the United States.
7. LOGISTICS
Our initial operation is planned for the Port of Jacksonville, Florida, due to its logistics efficiency for distribution in the Southeastern United States.
The average ocean transit time is approximately 25 to 30 days, and may vary according to the shipping line and vessel schedule.
The average production lead time is approximately 30 to 40 days, depending on volume and the factory's schedule.
After production is completed and documentation is released, shipment normally occurs within a few days, according to the carrier's schedule.
Our initial planning provides for a supply of 1 to 3 containers per month, with gradual expansion as demand grows. Our industrial capacity allows for a progressive increase in production.

Yes.
This will depend on the Incoterm negotiated. In CIF operations, the importer normally carries out customs clearance in the United States through their broker. When requested, we can recommend specialized partners to support the entire process.
8. DOCUMENTATION
Our team provides all the commercial documentation required for export, ensuring compliance with international and destination country requirements.
Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by a detailed Packing List.
Yes. We issue a Commercial Invoice in accordance with international customs requirements.
Yes, when applicable or requested by the importer.
Yes. The Bill of Lading is issued by the shipping line and made available to the importer according to the contracted shipping modality.
When required by the destination country's legislation, or when packaging materials that require this certificate are used, we provide all the necessary documentation.
No. Toilet paper is not a product regulated by the FDA for commercial purposes in the United States. Even so, we comply with all customs and labeling requirements applicable to the product.
9. MARKETING
Yes. We support our distributors with marketing materials to facilitate the launch and development of the brand in their markets.
Yes. We provide up-to-date digital catalogs with technical and commercial specifications.
Yes. We provide professional high-resolution images for commercial use.
Yes. We will develop institutional and product presentation videos to support commercial and promotional actions.
Depending on the volume of the project and the sales channel, we may develop customized point-of-sale materials.

Yes. We provide samples for quality evaluation before commercial operations begin.

10. COMMERCIAL
Yes. We can grant territorial exclusivity to strategic partners.
Exclusivity is formalized by contract and is conditional on meeting minimum purchase targets and market development goals.
Yes. Depending on sales potential and the distributor's operational capacity, exclusivity may cover an entire state.
Yes. We can also work with exclusivity by metropolitan region, county or a specific geographic area.
Yes. The level of exclusivity may vary according to the annual contracted volume and commercial performance.
Yes. All exclusivity contracts establish minimum purchase targets to ensure effective development of the brand.
At this time we are selecting our strategic partners for the American market.
We are structuring our distribution network and evaluating opportunities in different regions. The definition of territories will depend on the profile, experience and growth plan of each distributor.
11. PAYMENT TERMS
Yes. We can operate with a Letter of Credit for specific projects, especially larger operations.
Yes. Wire Transfer is our standard method for international operations.
For the first orders, we typically work with 30% upon order confirmation and 70% before shipment. As the partnership develops, other terms may be considered.
This may be considered in the future for established partners, after a consistent track record of commercial relationship and credit analysis.
At this time we do not offer our own financing. Depending on the project, we can evaluate alternatives together with financial institutions or credit insurers.
We can use credit insurance or specific financial instruments according to the profile of the operation and the customer.
12. AFTER-SALES
We guarantee that all products are manufactured according to previously approved technical specifications. Any issues will be handled quickly, transparently and with a focus on the continuity of the partnership.
Every complaint is recorded, technically analyzed and answered in a structured manner. Our goal is to identify the cause, implement corrective actions and preserve customer trust.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ever Soft will arrange the most appropriate commercial solution, which may include replacement, credit or another alternative agreed between the parties.
Yes. Our return policy will be defined contractually and applied according to the nature of the occurrence and the responsibilities of each party.
In the American market, first-line service is normally handled by the distributor or retailer. Whenever necessary, our team will provide technical and commercial support to ensure a quick resolution and preserve the brand's reputation.
